People tend to over estimate their abilities, or under estimate the size of a problem.
74cms of snow fall, and the city was able to estimate that it would take about 8 days to dig the city out.
Apparently, is certain fortunate neighborhoods, 90% of the snow has been removed. Most are more about 25%. We are one fo the unfortunate ones, and we are still living in our single lane roads, making travel, well, a bit challenging and definitely slower than usual. But, the city said today, 5 days after the snow stopped falling, that they removed about 35% of the snow.
Meaning, we still have another 10 days to wade through the single lane residential roads:) We are all smiling at the good news.
In all honesty, all is good. Life can always be worse, so I will enjoy my snow problem:)
